Vintage Hollywood Regency Made In Italy Electric Heavy Metal/Brass Leaf Wall Sconce Light with Four Bulbs. In the photos you only see 3 bulbs lit. I only had 3 bulbs available, but I tested the fourth light and it does work. There are signs of age such as patina and marks/scratches on the leaves.
